North Dakota Trip

It’s been too long.

Going to try and get back in the swing of things.  This includes finding myself a nice scanner for my sketchbook.

But, today I have some photos from my recent trip up to North Dakota.  Saw some really cool abandoned buildings, fields of canola, and bodies of water that are encroaching upon and over farmland at exceedingly fast rates.  The water is fascinating, but terrible for those who are losing farmland and a way of life.

The North Dakota landscapes can make you pause in awe.  I felt that feeling that bubbles up inside you when appreciating something truly beautiful.  It caught me off guard – we certainly don’t give ND enough credit.
